Refund and Exchange Policy

  1. Returns and Exchanges

We, at VERA, want you to love what you ordered! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please note that the following conditions apply:

  1. Eligibility Criteria
  • Unused and Unworn: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and labels still attached.
  1. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale Items: All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective.
  • Personalized Items: Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless there is a defect or error on our part.
  1. Refund Process
  • Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Refund Method: If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited in the from of store credit with a validity of 3 months.
  • Prepaid orders can be cancelled within 24 hours only and the refund will be initiated after deducting the transaction charges.
  1. Exchange Process
  • Exchange Options: We offer exchanges for a different size or color of the same item, subject to availability. Customer can select the different size or product whereas the difference for the higher product amount will be paid from the customer and the difference with the lower product amount will be credited in the form of store credit.
  • The store credit will be initiated if the size for the exchange is not available.
  • Exchange Shipping: Customer will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  1. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Email our customer service at support@veraonline.in  with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
  • Return Shipment: Ship your item to Glassbird Clothing Pvt Ltd., D-74 FF, The Palladians, Sector 50 Gurgaon Haryana 122018. Please include your order number and name on the package.
  • Return and exchange will be done only once per order.
  1. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund as needed.
